Photographic evidence of idiocy
Yesterday I vowed to find out if the two blockish towers to the left of my chimney pot were actually Notre Dame. I determined the answer a little sooner than expected, and I was surprised by what I learned.
Notre Dame is in fact part of my chimney pot picture. I recognized those towers correctly. But what I failed to notice, despite walking past Notre Dame a minimum of twice a day (no exaggeration), is that the dark spire in my chimney pot picture is also part of the famous cathedral. I suppose “Perceptive” is not my middle name.
